Between vineyards, châteaux and the Atlantic coast, the Médoc offers very varied wedding settings, and equally varied constraints: large reception halls, gardens, open air, country roads to drive before arriving.
I have already played evenings in several Médoc venues, from Le Taillan-Médoc to Naujac-sur-Mer. I arrive with my full equipment (sound system, lighting, microphones) and set it up to suit your venue, without getting in the way of the decor.

Châteaux, estates, a restaurant: I have already set up my sound system and lighting in very different places across the Médoc. If yours is not on the list, that is not a problem: I travel everywhere, and we prepare the set-up together.

I travel across the whole Gironde at no extra charge: Bordeaux, the Médoc, the Bassin d’Arcachon, the Libourne area… From Le Taillan-Médoc to Soulac-sur-Mer, the Médoc is therefore included.
Médoc roads are long: I plan to arrive early so I can set up and test the sound without rushing, well before your guests arrive.

Your questions about a wedding in the Médoc
Do you work all over the Médoc, including the coast?
Yes: from Le Taillan-Médoc to Soulac-sur-Mer, via Pauillac, Lesparre-Médoc, Lacanau, Carcans or Hourtin, I travel across the whole Médoc at no extra charge.
Is travel charged extra?
No. I travel across the whole Gironde at no extra charge: travel is included in the quote, whether you marry in Pauillac, in Lacanau or in Bordeaux.
How long does it take to come from Bordeaux?
Allow about 25 to 40 minutes for the gateway to the Médoc (Le Taillan, Ludon, Margaux), about an hour for Pauillac or Lacanau, and more for Lesparre, Hourtin or Soulac. I arrive well in advance to set up and test the sound.
Can you play at a wedding in a château or wine estate?
Yes. I have already played in several Médoc châteaux and estates (Château d’Agassac, Château du Taillan, Château Balac, Château de Cujac, Château Pierre de Montignac, Domaine du Grand Duc…). Each venue has its own rules (finishing time, volume, access for the equipment) that we go through together before the big day.
What should we plan for an outdoor or park wedding?
A power supply close to the dance floor, a spot sheltered from sun, rain and damp for the equipment, and practical access for unloading. I give you the exact list when we talk.
Is there a music cut-off time to respect?
Often: it depends on the venue and the town. We check it as soon as the quote so I can build the evening accordingly, with the last big moment before the cut-off.
How do I book you for a wedding in the Médoc?
Write to me with the date and the venue: I confirm my availability and send you a detailed quote. Saturdays from May to September are in high demand, so it is best to get in touch early.
